You must inform us immediately if you suspect any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. You also agree not to: Use the app for any illegal or unlawful activities. Infringe on our intellectual property rights or the rights of others. Harass or harm anyone else. Distribute spam or unwanted messages.
2. Intellectual Property
The JengaCv app and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JengaCv. Our trademarks and other intellectual property may not be used without our prior written permission. The documents you create with the app are your property.
3. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to ensure it’s secure and error-free, we can't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted. You acknowledge that all documents, including CVs and cover letters, are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided as a tool to assist you in your job search and should be used as a starting point, not as a guarantee of success. We do not provide employment advice and we cannot and do not guarantee that using our app will result in you getting a job or any specific career outcome. You assume full responsibility for your job search and any results you achieve. In no event will JengaCv, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app. This includes indirect or incidental losses, like a loss of profits or data.
